How to free reserved bandwidth from Windows operating system

Windows 7/XP reserves 20% bandwidth by default for system services.
To change the default reserved bandwidth limit , do the following:

1. Go to start > Run > type gpedit.msc .
2. Go to Computer Configuration  > Administrative Templates >. Expand it ,
3. Go to Network >  QoS Packet Scheduler > Expand it  .
4. On the right side of the pane , double click Limit Reservable Bandwidth > enable it .

5. Change the bandwidth limit to 0 (zero) or less than 5% and click apply.
