Etisalat UAE Internet Problem blank browser but can login to google talk

Q. I have Etisalat UAE internet connection. I have connected my laptop through wifi. The connection is connected. When i enter website, the browser shows blank page. But i can login to my google talk application.

Enter this commands in cmd:

netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset tcpip.log
